I tried everything but nothing really worked. The aloe vera worked some, but after a while things went back to normal. It is better to take the aloe vera tablets with warm water on an empty stomach. The best thing I have tried so far is raw carrot.I have one every morning on an empty stomach. If food is already in the stomach it will not be effective. the same goes for apples or any other fruit. Make sure they are properly washed and peeled with a vegetable peeper. With the peeler less value is lost. Of course everyone's body reacts differently. I do wish the readers all the best. Don't give up keep on trying until you find something that adopts to your need.

Hello D,

the easiest and in most cases most effective thing to do would be to change your diet. The most important part is how you combine foods and if you eat too many processed/junk foods plus consume lots of soda etc your gastritis won't go away with all the drugs available in the world.

You can follow the link above for a free 4 day sample diet plan that will help you to get quick relief from your gastritis symptoms.

Mary,

Probiotics are always recommended, but I am afraid if you are still eating the foods in the wrong combination, you will still be in pain. The Great Taste No Pain program explains exactly which foods you should eat together and which you should avoid to combine. You can use the system anywhere. It includes a booklet for eating out and you will know exactly which foods you can eat and which you should leave on the table.

Is there Probiotics you recommend. It's hard to follow a recipe book. I am a Flight Attendant and I'm on a plane so much. I'm getting desperate because of the pain. I am eating constantly to keep my stomach full. Will Probiotics help?
